- She served six years on the Board of Kendal at Hanover and as chair for two of those years.

- In April 2004, she received the Nurse Leader of the Year award from the New Hampshire Nurses’ Association and in 2005 she received the Nursing Management Excellence Award from the New Hampshire Organization of Nurse Leaders.
