The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Alliance (DHA) is a regional group of local hospitals, mental health centers, and home health care agencies. Collectively it represents northern New England’s more comprehensive health care system.
Each DHA member is an independently owned and operated nonprofit organization, overseen by its own board of directors, with its own budget, and supported, in part, by charitable gifts raised in each community. Shared across the Alliance is the commitment to improving the quality, efficiency, and availability of health care. This affiliation also strengthens each local hospital’s ability to provide high quality, comprehensive care close to home while having the commitment and support of a larger organization behind it. The Alliance is based in Hanover, New Hampshire.
