Deborah Barnett, care coordinator, nominated Amanda Raymond, LNA after working with her on the Evergreen Unit at Woodridge. Her level of compassion and attention to detail was outstanding. She is truly an invaluable employee. When Amanda and Deb were doing a treatment on a resident with an ulcerative condition, who was in severe pain, Amanda held his hand and spoke to him in a way that put him completely at ease.
