The company provided operational and financial services to nine nursing facilities, a landfill, and trucking company, various real estate holdings and other miscellaneous businesses. The employee base for the entire operation was in excess of 1200 employees. The nursing facilities were sold to Vermont Subacute in February of 1995. Served as general counsel. June 1977 to August 1985
