Send a Well Wish

Welcome to CVMC's on-line "Send a Well Wish" e-card selection. Please choose the card you want to send to a friend or family member and write a brief message. Card emails come in to the Community Relations & Development Office. They are delivered to our patients by volunteer staff Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If a patient has been discharged, we are unable to forward the message. To protect patient privacy we will not acknowledge delivery of e-cards. At this time we are unable to deliver cards on weekends or holidays. Sensitive content will be reviewed for appropriateness.
